Objective: ensuring access to housing for beneficiaries of international protection (BIP).

Overall objective: to facilitate the integration process of BIP at regional level.

Activities: facilitate access to housing for beneficiaries of international protection, counselling, information on accessing housing, identification of housing, mediation of relations with landlords, subsidisation of rent/utilities costs.

Results (stage I + II):

• at least 500 BIP identified, enrolled in the project, assessed, informed and advised on access to housing;

• at least 500 BIP will benefit from subsidised rental costs.

Project location: project activities are carried out in: all Regional Accommodation and Procedures Centres for Asylum Seekers, as well as their territorial radius: Galati, Radauti, Somcuta Mare, Timisoara, Giurgiu, Bucharest, as well as in the Regional Centrres for Integration, established through projects financed by the AMIF National Programme, namely: Bucharest, Craiova, Brasov, Pitesti, Constanta, Galati, Cluj-Napoca, Baia-Mare, Sibiu, Iasi, Oradea, Timisoara, Radauti, Somcuta-Mare, Giurgiu.

Role and level of involvement in the project: Applicant.

Total project cost: 4,340,989.80 lei (877,304.38 euro).
